Thank you for shopping with Puff Pickleball. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may be added in the future.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier and destination.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Puff Pickleball is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Puff Pickleball is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship orders returned due to address errors.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Puff Pickleball is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product

Damage caused during shipping will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Puff Pickleball reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.


8. Risk of Loss

All orders are considered fulfilled once they are handed off to the shipping carrier. Risk of loss passes to the customer at that time.


9. Shipping Policy Changes

Puff Pickleball reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
