At Puff Pickleball, we stand behind our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

The item must be in original condition
-
The item must be returned in original packaging
Items showing signs of use are not eligible for return, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
2. Normal Wear & Tear (Important)
Pickleball paddles are designed for competitive play, and cosmetic and structural wear is normal after use.
The following are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under returns, refunds, or defect claims:

Surface scuffs or scratches

Paint chipping or fading

Edge guard marks or abrasions
-
Edge guard separation caused by play, impact, or normal use

Grip wear, loosening, or discoloration
-
Minor dents or marks from ball contact or court surfaces
Using the paddle in gameplay will naturally result in wear and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
3. Manufacturing Defects
We will replace or refund paddles that have verified manufacturing defects, including:

Structural cracks not caused by impact

Handle separation
-
Internal rattle not caused by misuse

Defects present before use
All defect claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and may require photo or video evidence.
Puff Pickleball reserves the right to determine whether damage is due to a manufacturing defect or normal use.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Used paddles (unless approved for defect)

Clearance or final sale items
-
Gift cards
-
Accessories that show signs of use
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
If a return is denied, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Puff Pickleball is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
